Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box, ensuring all dust bags, shoe horns, and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
